Our Approach
At Jennings and Associates, we specialize in bringing the law to your corner. We are dedicated to understanding what results you want and to helping you understand what actions we can take on your behalf. We will work with you every step of the way to make sure that you understand the choices you are making and feel empowered to make them.
We understand that long and expensive court proceedings will not assist you to move forward with your life, we will help you to understand the alternatives to court and which alternative is appropriate to your situation. Of course if alternatives are not appropriate, or are are not successful, then we will assist you through each step of the court process.
Our Team
Clare Jennings, Principal Solicitor
Clare holds a Bachelor of laws and Bachelor of Business (Management) from the University of Western Sydney. Clare also completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (With Distinction) with the University of Western Sydney.
Clare is admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, South Australia and the High Court of Australia.
Following admission to practice Clare worked in the areas of Family, Criminal and Civil law for a large regional law firm in New South and the Shoalcoast Community Legal Centre, before opening her own niche law firm, concentrating on family law matters, with a special focus on domestic violence matters and matters involving special needs children.
Clare has also work for prominent law firms in Sydney, as team leader and Special Counsel for teams of family lawyers, before relocating to Adelaide in 2021.
Clare has a passion for family law and believes that every person is entitled to the best representation possible regardless of their circumstances, or the situation they find themselves in.
Clare has recently added to her skill set by completing training as an accredited Family Law Property Arbitrator, a Parenting Coordinator, a Collaborative Lawyer and is currently studying to become a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. These skills and qualifications allow Clare to further assist her clients reach settlements without the need for ongoing court processes.
When not advocating for her clients, Clare enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and experiencing the world’s cultures through food and art.
